Return Process

  Log into your Amber Sound account and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your specific item.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  Inspection and Refund
